What is a boundary survey?
A boundary survey establishes and locates the lines and corners of a lot of land as legally described in the deed of record. We will perform necessary field surveying, deed review and survey analysis to provide a boundary survey in accordance with minimum standards as set forth by the NJ State Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors.

STAKEOUT
Once we have completed the survey, you can choose to have the property staked out. We will place permanent 18 inch long iron rods into the corners of the property. Placing markers helps to avoid any disputes and ensures that you can identify the physical location of your property. This is especially helpful if you plan on installing a fence or wish to begin a small landscaping project.
*Please note that we will not stake out a property that we have not already conducted a survey for.*
